Completed in 1892, the four-story observatory in Patterson Park was commonly known as the Pagoda, due to its striking oriental architecture. With an interior spiral staircase leading to three observation decks, the Observatory offers stunning views of downtown Baltimore, Canton and the Inner Harbor.
