Roman B.J. Kwasniewski was a prolific Milwaukee photographer, best known for his depiction of the city�s Polish American community during the early 20th century. Kwasniewski worked out of his photography studio, Park Studio, which was built in the Lincoln Avenue Business District. In addition to being a photographer, Kwasniewski also invented various items, including a camera that could take a roll of glass negatives, before they were available commercially.
